Used the sweat suit the following morning after I received it. My workouts make me sweat but with this suit, i felt that I had Double the Sweat. I usually wear large but i ordered an Extra Large because a friend told me it could be a bit hard to take off after a workout. So XL worked perfect for me. Then, after the workout i turned the suit inside out and wiped it clean. Love it and I highly recommend it.

I get a crazy sweat with this. Start off slow. I wear full clothes underneath because I can't stand the feeling of the material against my bare skin when sweating. After several months of use wearing it while running, lifting, and in the sauna, it has not ripped or failed.

So far I have used my belt on 3 different days for Powerlifting. Sturdy and tough and I love the design of the belt! I purchased the black belt. My coach adjusted it for me and it fits nice and snug and most of all secure. Deadlifted 205lbs with no issues! The belt protected my back. It's worth the purchase and I got my money's worth so far! Even my coach is sending the link for the belt to my other fellow lifters!!

Comes with a buckle unattached and I didn't even look for instructions seeing it is that easy to figure out. Might need to tighten my settings soon but nice, thick, heavy material and looks very good.

I love this sauna suit. I'm 5'4, 36-28-40. Bought the XXL (2X) and it fit perfectly. Baggy but the elastic is strong. Baggy is good for this product because I use it for regular workouts and I need it to move with me. It's not very stretchy. It's in perfect condition. Definitely makes you break a serious sweat during workouts. It heats you up as soon as it is put on. It has Velcro on the wrists and ankles to custom fit you so the heat stays trapped There are drawstrings at the waist and pockets. Looks really nice in person.

I was worried about this Arm Blaster because I looked at many different ones on Amazon and read their reviews. But once I received this arm blaster I had to use it to see if it really was worth all the hype. It definitely is! After using this arm blaster for the first time and every single time after that, my arms are bulging because of the insane isolation that comes from this Arm Blaster.

The quality of this belt was so much higher than expected! Easily as high quality as a $100 belt. Best of all, on my first lift using the belt I hit a 30 lb PR. I never realized how much stability you get from a belt. Well worth the price!

I have been lifting for years and have avoided using a lifting belt until recently. I had it in my head that I needed to be able to lift all-natural. After enough YouTube videos talking about the benefits if properly utilized I succumbed and went searching. I found this belt at a quarter of the price of the big names out there and have enjoyed it. It just gives you a firm hug to brace against while you try and pick up the heaviest thing you can find. The latch is very nice to release the hug, while you let the blood circulate back to your head after the said lift.
